Your mutual fund units are recorded at KSEI, Indonesia's central securities depository, not only in our own records. Through AKSes you can check them yourself at any time.
What AKSes is
AKSes is a facility launched by KSEI that lets investors in Indonesia's capital market monitor their securities and/or funds, and every movement in them, online.
What the custodian bank sends you
- Confirmation of units held: proof of how many units you own, within 7 exchange days after each purchase, redemption or switch.
- Monthly statement: by the 12th of the following month whenever your units changed, and by 12 January for your position on 31 December.
Both are delivered electronically through AKSes (S-INVEST, the integrated investment management system).
How to sign up for AKSes
- Have your email address, mobile number and NIK (Indonesian ID number) ready.
- Go to akses.ksei.co.id and choose Daftar (register).
- Enter your details as you gave them when you opened your account, then follow the verification steps.
- Log in and open your mutual fund portfolio: Indo Arthabuana Golden Compass appears with your number of units.
